Note

Retrieved from the Enamel Arts Foundation website: [https://www.enamelarts.org/clothing-brooch/] This brooch is part of a series of “self portrait” brooches inspired by the fashion she collected and wore. As the artist stated, the head is missing since she was the one wearing these brooches and therefore did not need to depict herself. The artist mounted each of these brooches in a frame.[IR 06/25/2025]
