The artist writes: "The Parco del Pineto (Pineta Sacchetti) is in the western part of Rome, Behind the Vatican. Far off of the tourist trail, the park overlooks the city and is frequented by locals. The image shows an elderly group in the foreground, and farther back, the next generation: a younger couple with a stroller. In the distance a darkening sky portends bad weather ahead."

Note
Pigmented Ink on archival paper. Please note: the main image is one that the artist sent me at my request, since it was difficult to photograph the image in its frame. The color in the second image is probably closer to true, since the artist has made several variations of the image as he searched for the correct color balance. The image he sent me is from his files, whereas my image is taken of an actual print of the digital file, in a frame.
