(Retake of image coming soon) In this complex image, we appear to be looking up into a labyrinth of concrete cross-beams from the bottom of some kind of WW II structure of the sort often found on Taiwan's coastlines. The shadows of two figures (or two actual figures) emerge from the bottom edge of the picture plane. Their presence is unexplained, but there is a sense of foreboding in the dark, enclosed space, with only a hint of hope coming from the tiny square of light in the near-center of the image.Inscription/Signature/Marks
