Name/Title
Flowers of Brooklyn #17Entry/Object ID
027Description
This drawing goes a little further in terms of incorporating a quite recognizable Brooklyn style of building, lending an air of reality to the image. The flower itself is also loosely based on one from the neighborhood I'm living in. A fairly dramatic change is that for the background I riffed on a George Caitlin painting, rather than create one from my initial mark-making meanderings.
