This is a beautiful smaller work from 2000. It seems to depict a cluster of five semi-defined figures. On the left is a torso in black, whose left leg is defined by a thin white line, and whose uplifted face appears ready to receive a kiss from a disembodied head floating above. The other three figures are even less intact, and those in the center and on the far right are only marginally able to be defined as human. Song Ming links the areas of the print with a clever use of cuts, patterns, and textures, and grounds it with a mass of solid black.Inscription/Signature/Marks
