The home of Benjamin L. Kilby, son of William, was also on Water Street, down the hill from that of his brother, Theophilus. It was later owned by Howard and Ida (Burns) Philbrook, Charles and Vivian (Mahar) Trott, Ernest and Susan Smith, and later by Courtland Van Rooten.
