"Hand Painted white porcelain Nippon toothpick holder with pink flower and light green leaf motif and raised gold detailing. Detailed in gold on top and bottom lip with raised dot chain. Gold raised dot chain and bell/flower below pink flower/green leaf motif. (Bottom) ""Hand Painted"" in red, ""RC Nippon"" in green. RC (Royal Ceramic or Royal Crockery) Nippon - exporter Possibly egg cup, not toothpick holder (officially)."
