Context

"Esperando means Waiting in Spanish. The work shows a middle age man standing in water, maybe he's slowly sinking. I wanted to paint the discomfort of a person when he is outside his comfort zone, to me he looks like he has no idea how to solve his problems. He is overwhelmed by life. This is a recurring theme in my work, I guess we can call it despair." - Sierra
