These preliminary notes for the Meditation on Peace were gathered from four discourses given by Namgyal Rinpoche in May and June of 1987. They have been combined and are presented here in two chapters: the first gives an introduction and overview, the second is devoted to the practice of the Meditation on Peace. The Meditation on Peace was given at several Centres and is intended for all beings.
