25 page pdf attached; Drawings and misc. other documents submitted to Bay Conservation & Development Commission (BCDC) for permission to build the 1987/1988 boathouse addition; various dates. Permit nr. 1987-005.00. The permit was amended six times to include fencing and renovation of women's locker room completed in 1990s and other later work.
Scope included required public signage, drinking fountain, shower, and benches. Also new security fence 1991 and new transparent windbreak. Also includes shows space of Ariel Club which was located just to west of the Dolphin Club before it burned down November 1980.
Assembled by Lee Hammack from other sets of drawings, some duplicate drawings are included. Location of some originals is unknown.
See Artifacts 313 and 314. The text of these two plaques are on first pages of this pdf. Both were requirements in the BCDC permit. Plaque 313 gives historical background on the club. Plaque 314 explains how the Club maintains the area just west of the Club as dedicated public access.
