Program for PAA (Pacific Athletic Association) rowing and sailing regatta on occasion of Semi-Centennial Admission Day Celebration (of California's admission as a state) on Sunday, September 9, 1900. All rowing races start from Channel Street. Sailing events start at Powell St. Wharf. Rectangular folded program, title on front, events and names of rowers/colors and judges/timers listed on two inside pages, names of officers/organizing committee/honorary judges listed on back. Participating clubs: Alameda, Ariel, Dolphin, Pioneer, South End, Stockton, Triton. Sailing events for Whitehall boats, Fishermen's boats; names of boats, cash prizes listed. Inside page bottom right mentions "grand nautical display" coordinated with the Pacific International Yacht Club Association, followed by a yacht race. Pencil notes on several events, mostly times.
