16-page program for "Dolphin Swimming and Boating Club..... Entertainment an Reception" To take place at: Native Sons' Hall, Tuesday Evening, October 27th, 1896." Front cover shows photo of club boathouse with title, date, venue. Inside front cover has information on history of the club. First page lists names of Officers, Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, Delegates to P.A.A. of the A.A.U. and names of all club members. Also lists names on four committees organizing this event. Pages 2-16 are advertisements likely purchased by businesses and by political candidates. Some business are owned by members. Inside back cover there is an article and photo on Sunset Park, a holiday destination in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Back cover has advertisement for Jas. D. Phelan for Mayor. There are two copies of this program in the archives. There are a few notes in pencil on some pages, mostly $ amount. Archives also a Ticket and an Invitation card for same event.
