Front cover: Red white and blue PAAO pennant on crossed oars Page 1: PAAO officers (home clubs) and delegates from all clubs listed, along with regatta officials, judges, and timers. Page 2-4: Photos of PAAO officers and rower Fred Sherry and a Dolphin Club 4 man + coxswain team of Richmond, Mohr, G.Kenniff (cox) McKevitt, Ward. Page 5-12: Each page as three columns, center column lists events and competitors/club/colors, and other two are filled with advertisements. Back cover: Announcement inviting oarsmen to upcoming 4th of July celebration in Vallejo. Additional events: high and fancy diving, old clothes race, greasy boom, 100 yd swim, relay swim race, and duck hunt. Teams represented: Alameda, Ariel, Dolphin, Vallejo.
