Folded pennant shaped dance card with attached inside page with 4 printed sides.
Inside of front 'page' has old green and tan fibers on surface, probably from mounting adhesive.
Inner 4 pages, attached with gold tone string, include Rules Applying to Leap Year Dances, a 2- page centerfold with 10 lines of named dances for entry of partners' names.
Final page in insert has names of dance managers, ladies auxiliary (all wives), president, and dance committee
The back page of the 'booklet' has the event information (see images).
