Invitation to 1915 annual Masquerade Ball October 23, 1915. Includes form to be completed, serrated on bottom of unfolded inside of invitation.
Outside front of invitation has a red and green humorous drawing of costumed members with coxswain rowing in a boat, accompanied by King Neptune with trident riding a dolphin.
Outside of back on invitation is a stamped (1 cent) postcard, hand-addressed to Miss C. Lyons at 1048 Larkin Street.
