Copy on invitation card to First Annual Social to be held on Feb 28, 1911 at Puckett's Maple Hall, 1514 Polk Street. Two crossed flags on top of card, US and Dolphin (blue field, white D, C, crossed oars) States on bottom: "Tickets admitting one gentleman and one lady, 50 cents. Each additional lady 25¢. Positively no tickets sold except on presentation of enclosed card properly filled out." Source/location of original not known.
