Wooden plaque with 5 brass attachments: a circular medallion with swimmer with olive wreaths both edges; large 2 olive wreath pieces around the medallion; below these, a rectangular plate engraved with text: "Dolphin Swimming and Boating Club - Maui Channel Swim-Lanai to Lahaina 9.6 Miles - Five Consecutive Wins - Wahine Division." Larger brass plate below that, with years and times: " 1978 5 hr 33 min, 1979 4 hrs 9 min, 1980 4 hrs 8 min, 1981 4 hrs 17 min, 1982 3 hrs 48 min and names of team members.
