This three page document amends the 1888 original Articles of Incorporation which stipulated a term of existence of 50 years. This document removed that provision and replaced it with, "The existence of said corporation shall be perpetual." A special board meeting on March 26, 1938 voted to make this extension. President Lawton Hughes and Secretary Julius Chicca were delegated to amend the original document.
This document was filed with the California Secretary of State on March 29. 1938.
