Wooden figure of man with wooden bow saw, and log saw horse. Man's left arm and leg are segmented, seated dog to left of man, dog house to left of dog. Man has blue hat, red shirt, yellow pants. All mounted on blue wooden base.
One side is very weathered, other side less.
May have been part of a whirligig. Figure is segmented at legs, arms, and at hands where holding saw; metal drive wire, piston shaft behind man.
