Black leather bound book, maroon color corners and spine, containing handwritten minutes of Board Meetings from July 1899 through April 1904. Contains 399 pages. These are the oldest Club Minutes that still exist.

Scans of front, back cover and inside covers, and each page are stored as .jpeg on external hard drives. And a .pdf with all pages for each month's minutes are also stored on external hard drives.
