Embossed decorative folding booklet with inside 4 pages bound with blue string. Front page has embossed design of gold "Menu" surrounded by pink flowers and leaves. Title of event "Oars Up."
Inner printed pages include event name with DC flag, Campi's Restaurant and date. Pages 2-3 have names of Officers to be Installed, and detailed menu of the evening's food. Page 4 has the social event program for 1912.
