A small off-white coffee plate with a circular indent in the middle used for a coffee cup. It is decorated with a band of two green stripes with a gold stripe in between around the edge of the rim.
On the top upwards facing side in is the logo of the United Sates Coast Guard in gold.
The bottom has a manufacturing stamp- "Mayer China".
Item is in very good condition w/o any nnoticable scratches or cracks.
