US Coast Guard ensign; vertical red & white stripes; blue eagle on upper left corner; center right side four blue anchors around circle "United States Coast Guard 1790"; light colored wood pole in white plastic holder; two gold eyelets on one end for hanging; accession number is not on object because it was already installed and inaccessible. Measurements were also not taken
