Located at the corner of South Glidden Drive and County Highway T on the Lake Michigan shore. Lily Bay was the site of an 1880's settlement that included a sawmilll, originally owned and operated by W. H. Horn and V. Mashek; a blacksmith shop; a general store; a boarding house and several residences as well as a commercial pier on Lake Michigan. Lily Bay was named by Horn for his daughter, Lily. Ships brought goods and people from Chicago to Lily Bay and took lumber and wood supplies back on the return trips. The settlement declined after the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal was opened.
