8/27/2000 - Most of these glass negatives, while in fairly good condition, show evidence of flaking, pitting and discoloring of the emultion base. It also appears that at some previous time, an attempt was made to clean the emultion side of some of these glass negatives, leaving a smear that affects the resulting print.Copyright
