Door County Births - Old Volume 1 (1851 - 1875). This is a transcript of the earliest book of birth certificates located at the Door County Register of Deeds office. The transcript includes the original page number, name and sex of the child, the date and place of birth, the father's name and occupation, the mother's maiden name, names of siblings and any additional remarks that were included on the certificate. The transcript was compiled by Sally Treichel in 1998.
