Custodial History: Alfred Wanke, an officer of the company, retained these records when the company closed. His son William Wanke donated them to the Door County Archives at the time the family home was being cleared.General Notes
Note
Notes: Because of the poor condition of the original 3" x 5" file cards containing the records, and the lack of storage space for card files, the information on the file cards has been extracted, as it appears on the cards, and transfered to paper form, allowing the records to be stored in a single file folder. All transcripts have been triple checked against the original cards for accuracy. The original cards have been destroyed.
