Feller Hotel, Maplewood. Located at 1599 State Highway 42 in Maplewood, it now houses the Wildlife Bar. Built in 1905 by Anton Schlise, this building was operated from the beginning by John and Mary Feller as a saloon and rest stop for travelers and their animals for a quarter of a century. It served the people using thriving Maplewood's three sawmills, three flour and feed mills, two general stores and a railroad. Later it housed the area post office for eighteen years.Collection
