The envelope in which he enclosed the pictures includes the following notations: Living Room - 18 x 25 with balcony & paript; lav & toilet on 1st; 1 bath on 2nd; 1 bedroom down; 3 bedrooms up & sleep of ch.; Koehler electric system; lake water with automatic pump - septic tank; 200 x 550' land; birch & pine trees; log house stained with creosote; furnished.Collection
