Distinguished Flying Cross (medal, service ribbon and lapel pin) awarded to John Polich. They are contained in a regulation medal box, black with gold trim and the words "Distinguished Flying Cross" on the hinged cover. For some reason there are two medals and two service ribbons in the box.
