Note
Notes: Condition Notes - May 5, 2001. The chart was originally 32" x 40", but has been torn into 2 pieces, 16" x 40". It appears that it was torn into the 2 pieces to allow storage in a storage tube. The chart where separated, is torn, not a clean cut. Other edges are well worn and ragged and the surface of the chart is stained and cracked.
