Name/Title

Old Victoria - 2003

Entry/Object ID

Scope and Content

#VC-59 - Old Victoria. This program was presented by Jim Maki at the Monday, July 21, 2003 meeting of the Door County Historical Society held at Crossroad's at Big Creek in Sturgeon Bay. In his slide presentation Mr. Maki showed student activities throughout the years when Sturgeon Bay students would spend a week living at Old Victoria, an old mining camp in Ontonogan, Michigan. The hope is to have this same type of learning program in the future, using our buildings in our village at the Crossroads - children experiencing living as they would have in the early 1900's. Physical Characteristics: 1 VHS video cassette, 52 min., 31 sec.
