Photocopy of a Sturgeon Bay street scene, looking south on Cedar Street (now 3rd Avenue), taken in April, 1891. Handwritten caption indicates that the original photo was taken at the "present site of Bau - - - (Bank?) and Scofield Co." Same photo as #2005.24.3, but with a caption--that photo is clearer. Building on corner at left has "Meat Market" sign in front, believed to be the Shimmel building.
