Description

Plaque - a replica of the front page of the first issue of the Door County Advocate, March 22, 1862; incised in a 3/8" thick sheet of aluminum. This plaque was mounted on the front of the Advocate offices at 235 N 3rd Avenue until Fall of 2018.
