Judge), Grover Stapleton, (Co. Judge), William Wagener (standing) 1881 - 1972), Frank Weis, H.M. Ferguson (1886 - 1960), Herb Johnson. Top Row: Thorval Toft, R. Schoenbrum, J. Westerman, Edwin Stephan, D. Howe, Cliff Herlache, Herman Leasum, unknown. The photo was donated by John Neuville, grandson of Frank Weis.4 The museum has two photos of this group. One has a list of names on the back. We have a question about Edwin Stephan and D. Howe. Are they identified correctly.
