State of Wisconsin (Wisconsin Highway Commission) Plan and Profile of Proposed Sturgeon Bay & Egg Harbor Rd (Garland & Grand St). This old road plan from 1933 shows highway construction details for Garland Ave (Now Jefferson St.) from Cedar St.(now 3rd Ave) east to just beyond CTH HH (now 8th Ave.). Front and back covers are black and white colored. Proposal is in fair condition with signs of use and wear. Edges and corners of proposal have tape and are a little tattered. Pages of proposal are in legible condition with only mild discoloration.
