Framed thermometer / forested lakeside scene. The front side shows a lakeside scene (2 2/4" X 5 1/2") and is enclosed by a matting; to the right of the scene there is a 1/2" X 2" cutout in the matting for the thermometer, which has a gold-colored backing, black printed scale and a red alcohol thermometer tube. The back of the covering glass is printed with a picture of a log cabin, a black silhouette of a forest with camper and the promotional message, which reads: "Cherryland Annex Cafe, 'Where Sturgeon Bay Eats', Phone 409 - 254 N. 3rd Ave., Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin". The back side contains a 1" X 2 1/2" 12 page tear-off calendar for 1954. All 12 pages (months) of the calandar are intact.Cataloged By
