Civil Defense tin that holds 34lbs of Carbohydrate Supplement (hard candy). It is about 1/2 full with both red and yellow pieces (red pieces may have cancer causing red dye so do not eat). Produced in Milwaukee, WI in 1964. This was part of the Civil Defense fallout shelter rations program. The rations were located in the lower level of the Peterson Pool that was located where Martin Park is in Sturgeon Bay.
