Light gray "marble" tombstone, rectangular except for the arched top. Inscribed as follows: top - "DOROTHY G."; front - "Dau. of S.A. & Ellen J. GEISE. Born Feb. 19, 1901, Died Apr. 5, 1902". This stone was found in the garage at 523 Michigan St., Sturgeon Bay. It may have been a reject (possibly because the mother's name is incorrect?) from the Pivonka Monument Company. Dorothy Geise is buried in the Geise Cemetery on Co. Rd. K near its intersection with Co. Rd. DK, just south of Southern Door School.Acquisition
