General Notes

Note

Notes: Years ago, Orv and Sally Schopf photocopied all of the Door County architectural records and corresponding pictures that are held at the Wisconsin State Historical Society in Madison. Four of the resulting binders were stored at the home of Marvin Lotz, at that time an officer of the Door County Historical Society. After the death of Mr. Lotz, his daughter Laurie Roberts found these records and returned them to the Door County Historical Society. These four volumes, along with objectID's #'s 1998.01.048; 1998.01.49; and 1998.01.050 recreate the full set of of Door County architectural files held at the Wisconsin State Historical Society at the time the copies were made.
