Description

A young brother and sister. She is perhaps 10 years of age and is seated. He is about 5 years old and stands beside her with his hand on her shoulder. She wears a ribbon like dress, earrings, necklace, and has her hair braided behind. She holds a whirligig toy in her lap. Unusual. Her young brother wears a typical young boy military type jacket and looks beyond the camera. Both seem disaffected.
