Case black wood covered with embossed paper; red velvet liner, worn, faded; brass mat residue and abrasions; brass preserver intact; brass mat good condition; black spinal tape; plate/image oxidation, light brown opaque staining on outer edge, narrow band of oxidation, dark spot at top center of image (possibly processing imperfection); two intact clasps.
