Twined Construction Notes

The first and last design bands, consisting of diagonal lines, are created by alternating peeled and unpeeled willow strands, and are therefore not visible in the interior; the triangles are made with two strands of unpeeled willow and twisting one upside down at the end of each triangle, creating a negative design on the interior.
