S. PII DECIMI SUMMI PONTIFICIS
Universis et singulis praesentes Litteras inspecturis fidem facimus ac testmaur, ex authenticis reliquiis apud nos servantur, extraxisse particulam ex corpus Sancti PII Decimi, Summi Pontificis, quam in theca formae rotundae chrystalla munita filo serico coloris rubri et sigillo nostro obsignata, collocavimus. In quorum fidem praesentes Litteras, manu nostra subscriptas et sigillo munitas, dedimus.

To all and each who inspect the present letter, we provide in good faith and testify that, from the authentic remains preserved among us, having extracted a particle from the body of Saint Pope Pius X
We have placed the relic of the Supreme Pontiff, enclosed in a round-shaped theca of crystal, secured with a red-colored silk thread and sealed with our seal.
In witness of which, we have given the present letter, signed by our hand and secured with a seal.
Given at Rome, from the Monastery of Saint Draxedis, on the 10th of January, 1955.
