Univesis et singulus had litteras inspecturis fidem facimus ac testamur nos, as maiorem
Die gloriam et Sanctorum venerationem, dono dedisse particulam ex ossibus S. ALBERTI MAGNI E.C. et D.O.P. quam ex authenticis reliquiis extractam legitimeque recognitam, reverenter reposuimus in theca met. rot. christallo munita, bene clausa et funiculo serico coloris rubri interius colligata nostroque sigillo obsignata, cum facultate eam apud se retinendi, aliis donandi et publicae fidelium venerationi exponendi ad norman legum ecclesiasticarum.
In quorum fidem had reddimus litteras manu nostra subscriptas nostroque sigillo munitas.

AND THE CANONIZATION OF THE BLESS ORDER OF PREACHERS
QUESTIONER GENERAL
To each and every person examining these letters, we testify and write in good faith to God’s greater glory and saintly veneration, bestow gifts from parts of the body of Saint Aberti Magni E.C. and D. O. P.. Which was extracted from the authentic legitimately recognized remains, reverently placed in a metallic round crystallic box. Well closed with red silk cords tied inside and sealed with our seal. With the ability to keep with oneself, to give to others, and be reverently exposed to the public veneration of the faithful according to the norms of church laws.
In one’s trust we have returned the letters signed with our own hand and protected by our seal.
Given to Rome, on 30/9/1960.
