Latin: SS.mi DOMINI NOSTRI PAPAE VICARIUS GENERALIS Romanae Curiae Eiusque Districtus Iudex Ordinarius, etc. Universis et singulis, praesentes litteras inspecturis, fidem facimus ac testamur Nos, ad maiorem Dei gloriam Eiusque Sanctorum venerationem, recognovisse has particulas ex Indumentis S. Teresiae a Jesu Inf. V. easdem reverenter collocavisse in theca argentea rot. formae bene clausa, funiculo serico rubri coloris colligata et sigillo nostro signata, atque tradidisse cum facultate apud se retinendi et publicae fidelium venerationi exponendi, ad normam Juris Canonici (n° 1282 et 1289). Salinas English: THE VICAR GENERAL OF OUR MOST HOLY LORD POPE Judge Ordinary of the Roman Curia and its District, etc. To all and each who inspect the present letters, we provide in good faith and testify, for the greater glory of God and the veneration of his saints, that we have recognized these pieces from the Garments of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, Virgin. have been reverently placed in a silver reliquary of round shape, securely closed, tied with a red silk thread, and sealed with our seal. They have been entrusted with the permission to retain them personally and to expose them for public veneration by the faithful, in accordance with Canon Law (n° 1282 and 1289). In witness of this, we have issued these testimonial letters, signed by us or by another Prelate delegated with Apostolic Authority by us, and fortified with our seal.
