These were reverently taken from authentic places and placed in a silver reliquary of oval shape, secured with a single crystal, properly closed, tied with a red silk thread, and sealed with our seal. They have been entrusted with the permission to keep them, donate them to others, transfer them outside the City, and expose them for public veneration of the faithful in any Church, Oratory, or Chapel. In witness of this, we have issued these testimonial letters, signed by our hand and fortified with our seal, to be expedited by the undersigned Custodian of Sacred Relics.
