Universis et singulis, praesentes litteras inspecturis, fidem facimus ac testamur, Nos ex authenticis locis extraxisse particulas ex ossibus S. Mariae Goretti V. M., easque collocasse in theca metallica, rotundae formae, unico crystallo munita, bene clausa, funiculo serico rubri coloris colligata, et sigillo nostro obsignata. In quorum fidem has litteras testimoniales, a Nobis subscriptas sigilloque Nostro munitas, concedimus.

To all who inspect these present letters, we affirm and testify that we have extracted particles from the authentic bones of St. Maria Goretti, Virgin and Martyr, and have placed them in a round metal casing, enclosed with glass, tied with red silk cords, and sealed with our seal. In witness of this, we have issued these testimonial letters, signed by us and fortified with our seal.
Given in Rome, at the Holy Stairs (Scala Santa), on November 25th, 1950.
