To all and each who inspect this letter, we provide in good faith and testify:
We have received, by the authority of our office, a particle
OF THE BONES OF ST. ANTHONY OF PADUA, CONFESSOR AND DOCTOR OF THE CHURCH,
and we have legitimately recognized and reverently placed it in a reliquary of silver, formed into an oval shape, sealed with a single crystal, properly closed, tied with a red silk thread inside, and secured with our seal.
In witness whereof, we grant these Letters, signed by our hand and strengthened with our seal.
