CAUSAE BEATIFICATIONIS ET CANONIZATIONIS
PII DECIMI SUMMI PONTIFICIS
Universis et singulis praesentis Litteras inspecturis fidem facimus ac testamur, ex authenticis reliquiis quae apud nos servantur, extraxisse particulam ex carne Sancti Pii Decimi, Summi Pontificis, quam in theca formae rotundae metallica crystallo munita, filo serico coloris rubri et sigillo nostro obsignata, collocavimus.
In quorum fidem praesentes Litteras, manu nostra subscriptas et sigillo munitas, dedimus.

CAUSE FOR THE BEATIFICATION AND CANONIZATION
OF PIUS X, SUPREME PONTIFF
To all who inspect the present letters, we affirm and testify that, from the authentic relics kept with us, we have taken a particle from the flesh of Saint Pius X, Supreme Pontiff, and placed it in a reliquary of round metallic form, secured with crystal, tied with a red silk thread, and sealed with our seal.
In witness of this, we have issued the present letters, signed by our hand and fortified with our seal.
Given at Rome, on the 26th day of the month of November, in the year 1956.
